Without some playing around with scripting to control the width of the calendar and/or keeping the Sidebar from covering up part of the calendar, I've put it below the Sidebar.

If you want what you see below, you should be able to highlight it, copy it and paste it straight into your own page.

If you go to Rick Meyers' link, included at the bottom of each calendar shot, and download his calendar maker, be advised that his new updates create a css file which must be included with any usage including uploads of the calendar html files. Ie: the css file must in the same folder as the calendar html files.

If you prefer, you can download a text file that contains the html source code.
